Padel Club Terms of Use
Last updated: November 1, 2026
By downloading or playing Padel Club ("the game") you accept these terms. Controller: Pointio, contact: info@getpointio.com.
The game
We give you a personal, free, non-exclusive permission to play on your devices. The game, its graphics, texts and code are ours; you may not copy, modify or sell them, or cheat in ways that alter the game (programs, file editing, changing your clock to gain advantages, etc.).
Account and saved game
- You can play without an account. If you sign in with a Unity account, your game is linked to it; you are responsible for keeping it secure.
- We do our best not to lose your progress, but the game is provided "as is" and there may be errors or service interruptions.
- We may suspend or reset games that have used cheats or bugs to gain advantages.
Gems, purchases and subscription
- Gems, in-game money and other virtual items are not real money, have no value outside the game and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to other people. They are a license to use them inside the game, not property.
- Purchases are made through Google Play and follow its terms and refund policy. Unless the law says otherwise, purchases of virtual items that have already been delivered are not refunded.
- "Gold Partner" (Socio Oro) is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play. If you cancel, you keep the benefits until the end of the paid period.
- We may change prices, content and the game's balance.
Third-party content
The game may show ads and links to social networks from other companies. We are not responsible for their content.
End of service
We may stop offering the game by giving notice in it at least 30 days in advance. In that case, virtual items will no longer be available.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the game. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the courts of the consumer's place of residence will have jurisdiction.
Changes
If these terms change, we will update the date above and, if the change is important, let you know in the game.
