Padel Club Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
This policy explains what data the game Padel Club ("the game") uses, what for, and how you can delete it.
Controller: Pointio, contact: info@getpointio.com.
What data we use
- Player ID. When you open the game, an anonymous player is created in Unity Gaming Services (Unity Technologies). It is a random code that does not say who you are.
- Your game. Your progress (club, courts, in-game money, gems and in-game purchases) is saved on your phone and in the Unity cloud (Cloud Save) so you don't lose it.
- Device ID. Used only to know which phone a game was saved from and to warn you if a newer one exists.
- Unity account (optional). If you sign in, Unity gives us your account ID and your username. Your email and password are managed by Unity; we do not store them.
- President name. The name you choose in your profile.
- Purchases. Payments are processed by Google Play. We only receive confirmation of what you bought; we never see your payment details.
- Ads. If the game shows rewarded ads, the ad provider may use your phone's advertising ID under its own policy. You can reset or limit it in your Android settings.
We do not sell your data or use it for anything other than running the game.
Who we share it with
- Unity Technologies (accounts and cloud saves): https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Google (Google Play and purchases): https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Ad provider, if ads are enabled, which will be named here.
How long we keep it
For as long as you use the game. If you stop playing, cloud data is deleted when you ask or, at most, after 2 years without activity.
Your rights and how to delete your data
- In the game, Profile → Settings → "Delete game" deletes the progress on this phone, and on the next upload also the one in the cloud.
- To delete everything, including the cloud player, write to info@getpointio.com with your president name. We will do it within 30 days at most.
- You can request access, rectification, erasure or objection by writing to that same email. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
Children
The game is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children under that age. If you are a parent and think your child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, if the change is important, let you know in the game.
